Hawker 800XP For Sale
The Hawker 800XP is a midsize business jet that was manufactured by Raytheon Aircraft (later Hawker Beechcraft) from 1995 to 2006. It is part of the enduring Hawker 800 series, which traces its lineage to the de Havilland DH.125 of the 1960s. The 800XP introduced more powerful engines and an external baggage compartment over the earlier 800A and 800SP variants.
Powered by two AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) TFE731-5BR engines, each producing 4,660 pounds of thrust, the 800XP has a range of approximately 2,540 nautical miles with eight passengers. The cabin measures 21 feet 4 inches long, 6 feet wide, and 5 feet 9 inches tall, typically seating eight in a double club configuration. It cruises at 430 knots and has a maximum operating altitude of 41,000 feet.
The Hawker 800 Series
The 800 series evolved through several variants. The 800SP added winglets to the base 800A. The 800XP improved engines and added the baggage compartment. The 850XP (2006) extended range to 2,700 nautical miles with a redesigned interior and Pro Line 21 avionics. The 800XPi shared 850XP specifications without winglets. The 800XPR (2011) offered a remanufactured option with Honeywell TFE731-50R engines. In total, over 600 aircraft across the 800 series were delivered, making it one of the most produced midsize jets.
